Monitor and control day-to-day production operations on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Supervise manpower deployment and optimize workforce productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production flow.
Train and guide operators to improve performance and skill levels.
