7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with solid ownership of enterprise CI/CD platforms.
Deep experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipeline design, automation, repository governance, branching strategies, and release management.
Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and experience supporting Azure-hosted and on-premises environments.
Experience with DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, compliance controls, IAM/RBAC, and governance within CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language: PowerShell, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Experience supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support of DevOps platforms.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in applying AI/automation to DevOps workflows.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization (FinOps) concepts and cost-aware engineering practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with development, cloud, security,



and infrastructure teams.

Experience creating reusable pipeline templates, developer enablement frameworks, and enterprise DevOps standards.
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400), Kubernetes certifications (CKA), or FinOps certification are a plus.
