Role & responsibilities

Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve-
Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:
Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit
Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management
Metrics calculation
Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
Business Overview - Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
Covenant performance
PD/LGD analysis
Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline

Required Qualifications
Robust Accounting and financial skills
Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino or Lexis would be preferable.

Solid Accounting and financial skills
Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable .
Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable

Good MS Office Skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
Bachelor's/Masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute.

Preferred qualifications
Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Commercial Banking domain
Strong Accounting and financial skills Good MS Office Skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
