Assistant Manager – Accounts We are hiring for a reputed premium real estate and infrastructure developer , backed by decades of legacy and solid financial fundamentals.

The organization operates across large-scale developments and asset management projects, working with reputed domestic and international stakeholders. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial control, statutory compliance, and reporting for group entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of books.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end accounting including books of accounts with proper narration
Maintain accounting records such as vouchers, bills, receipts, and payments
Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliation of debtors & creditors
Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and receivables follow-ups
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and expense monitoring
Prepare advance tax workings and ensure timely payments
Manage payroll accounting and statutory payments (PT, etc.)




Finalize monthly/periodic P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Prepare and file GST, TDS & TCS workings, returns, and reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors for audits, tax filings, and assessments
Assist in IT/GST scrutiny and audit-related queries
Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
Support management with accurate financial reporting and ad-hoc requirements

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements
Inter CA (Passed) – candidates not planning to pursue CA further
7+ years of post-articleship experience in end-to-end accounting
Robust hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel
Experience in industry accounting (CA firm audit/tax-only profiles not preferred)

Preferred
Immediate joiner or within 30 days
Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, TCS
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Reliable career track and long-term orientation
