Role Purpose - We are looking for a strong Creative agency-side B2B Account Manager who can understand Airtel Africa's enterprise business, manage the client relationship and take marketing communication projects from the initial requirement through strategy, creative/content development and final delivery.
In simple terms, we are looking for someone who understands the B2B business, can connect with the client, understand what they are trying to achieve, and then work with the agency resources - creative, content, strategy and digital teams to make it happen.
The work will support Airtel Africa's B2B/enterprise business, which provides businesses with telecom, connectivity and digital/technology solutions.
Given the requirement - The Person will work on what part is required and get it aligned.

We need candidate to have exposure in
Solid agency-side account management/client servicing experience.
Valuable exposure to B2B marketing communications.
Experience handling enterprise or technology clients.
Good understanding of campaigns, content, branding and digital communication.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
The maturity to independently handle client conversations and drive delivery.
Technology, telecom, SaaS or IT-services exposure would be a strong advantage, but deep telecom product knowledge is not mandatory.
