Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be working with a global team, transforming text responses from our panelist surveys into meaningful statistics for our clients.

What will I be delivering

You will be focusing on transforming the open text responses from our respondents into meaningful and usable data that can be integrated with the rest of the data. All these services have to be delivered to the expected standards and on time.

What do I need to bring with me

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
Previous experience in a verbatim analysis/survey response coding role is a plus
Impeccable attention to detail
Positive communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Other foreign language is a plus
Ability to work in rapid paced workplace
Proficiency in Windows, Excel
Accurate typing skills

Technical skills and qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
