Job Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users, you will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes




Propose solutions to optimize effectiveness
Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure
Robust understanding of business process analysis and improvement
Experience in developing and implementing workflows
Knowledge of process optimization techniques
Familiarity with business process modeling tools
