Role & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records,invoices,purchase and sales entries.
Handle GST-related records,reconciliation,and basic financial documentation.
Manage payment,expense,and vendor records and assist with bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in coordination with the warehouse team.
Track inward and outward stock,returns,damaged items,and stock adjustments.
Coordinate with courier/shipping partners regarding shipments,returns,COD remittances,and discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse documentation,reports,and daily operational records.
Monitor order processing,dispatch,and return-related activities.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare regular reports on stock,orders,returns,expenses,and warehouse activities.




Identify and report accounting,inventory,or operational discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce,Accounting,Finance,or a related field.
Experience in accounting,preferably in an e-commerce,warehouse,or retail environment.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
Experience with Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
Good understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Valuable communication,coordination,and problem-solving skills.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.
