Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Reviewer with a solid background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of commercial and technology-related agreements. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and practical experience in handling diverse contractual frameworks, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding organizational interests.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including:
Commercial Contracts
Technology Contracts
Service Agreements
Master Service Agreements (MSA)
Statements of Work (SOW)
Other forms of contractual documents as required
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks in contractual terms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals,



and execution status.
Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual obligations, liabilities, and dispute resolution.
Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); additional certifications in contract management or technology law preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Proven expertise in commercial, technology, and service contracts.
Familiarity with MSA, SOW, and other contractual frameworks.
Solid understanding of contract law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
