Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires a guest-first mindset, attention to hygiene standards, and effective coordination with the kitchen and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests courteously and attend to their needs promptly
Serve food and beverages as per defined service standards
Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service
Transparent tables and maintain cleanliness during and after service
Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed
Assist kitchen and service staff during peak hours
Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass (High school diploma preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in hospitality, restaurant,



or guest service roles
Prior experience as a steward/waiter is an added advantage
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry trays/items
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
