Expertise in 33KV Substation, HT/LT Systems, Transformers & HT Breakers
Hands-on experience in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Strong knowledge of Breakdown Maintenance, MTTR & Equipment Reliability
Experience in Power Optimization & Energy Management
Knowledge of Automation, Electrical Projects & Technology Upgradation
Strong exposure to CAPEX/OPEX, Maintenance Budget & Cost Control
Expertise in Critical Spares & Inventory Management
Solid Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation skills
Experience in Team Management, Training & Development
Strong focus on Energy Saving & Continuous Improvement
Manage vendors, critical spares and maintenance inventory.
Train and develop the electrical maintenance team

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from Steel / Steel Rolling / Steel Tube Manufacturing industries preferred.
Should be a robust team leader with excellent people-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage maintenance teams, vendors, projects and maintenance budgets effectively.
Robust focus on equipment reliability, minimum breakdowns and continuous improvement.
