Role Overview

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience at the Katra property. This includes managing front office operations, assisting in day-to-day hostel activities, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front Office
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach
Manage check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest queries, calls, and requests efficiently

Administration & Coordination
Maintain and update records, files, and documents
Manage incoming calls and coordinate with relevant teams




Create and maintain basic reports and spreadsheets

Cash Handling & Inventory
Handle cash transactions, vouchers, and invoicing
Conduct inventory checks and ensure stock availability
Manage and order monthly supplies

️ Operations Support
Assist in food and beverage service when required
Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
Take ownership of the property in the absence of the Property Manager

Eligibility & Experience
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in front office / hospitality operations
Experience in cash handling and administrative tasks
Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Key Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first approach with a friendly and energetic personality
Ability to multitask in a energetic hospitality environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and record management
