We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Design Development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in design and development, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform design decisions.
Create detailed designs and prototypes, presenting them to stakeholders.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in design and development, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of design principles, software,



and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
