BDS: Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience

*MDS: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Clinical Skills Required
Solid skills in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning and patient conversion.
Proficiency in routine dental procedures, including scaling and preventive dental care, filling, sealants.
Aesthetic restorations (Composite Restorations & Porcelain Veneers)

*Basic and surgical extractions (excluding disimpactions)

*Basic knowledge of Complete Dentures, RPDs, and Crown Preparations

Endodontic access openings and emergency pain management
Ability to independently manage general dental cases efficiently
Experience with Digital Dentistry and Laser
Intraoral Scanners
Digital treatment workflows

Clinic Management & Patient Care Skills:




Independently manage day-to-day clinical operations and patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Conduct timely follow-ups for ongoing and completed treatments
Provide effective patient communication and treatment counselling to improve treatment acceptance
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and robust organizational skills
Build long-term patient relationships through empathy, trust, and quality care.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
