Associate Dentist – Clinical & Practice Management

WhiteStar Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice.

We are looking for a dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience who is confident with patients, has good clinical judgment, and is interested in taking an active role in treatment planning and day-to-day practice management.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment for patients.
Assist in developing comprehensive and ethical treatment plans.
Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients clearly.
Follow up with patients and contribute to treatment acceptance and continuity of care.
Assist the clinic head with practice management and smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with specialists, laboratories, and other team members when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Ensure high standards of infection control, patient care, and clinical protocols.
Participate in weekend clinic schedules as required.
BDS degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a dental practice.




Valid registration with the appropriate dental council.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong patient-handling and treatment-planning abilities.
Professional, punctual, and organised.
Willingness to work weekends.
Candidates with an interest or experience in practice management, patient coordination, and treatment planning will be preferred.
