Role Description The Associate Director – Placements is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for developing and executing placement strategies, building partnerships with organizations, and creating opportunities for candidates aligned with the company’s business areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with training teams, managing hiring and recruiting activities, guiding candidates through career counseling, and tracking placement outcomes. The role also involves planning and monitoring placement-related budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve placement processes and employer engagement.

Director – Placements is expected to support strategic initiatives, maintain strong qualified networks, and represent the organization in external meetings and events.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training and Career Counseling skills to prepare and guide individuals for suitable prospects.
Candidates should possess Hiring and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end placement and talent acquisition activities.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to plan, monitor, and report on placement budgets and related expenditures.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in placement coordination, HR, talent management, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet placement targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
