Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our real estate development projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across our portfolio of luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts for ongoing and completed real estate projects
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Track project-wise costs, budgets, and expenditures for construction and development activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with GST,



TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and filings
Manage payroll processing and vendor/contractor payments
Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting for new and existing projects
Maintain records related to property sales, leases, and collections
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA-Inter or equivalent preferred
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
