Overview - We are looking for an Assistant Manager HR to manage and support key HR functions with a balanced focus on Recruitment & Onboarding and Employee Engagement & Grievance Management. The ideal candidate should have solid people-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Responsibilities -
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring status.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events to strengthen employee connect and workplace culture.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities in coordination with business teams.




Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation where required.
Conduct regular employee connect sessions and gather feedback to understand employee concerns.
Identify recurring employee issues and recommend suitable solutions to management.
Support employee recognition initiatives, including R&R; programs, celebrations, and appreciation activities

Education & Experience
Any MBA / Graduate in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
47 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to both recruitment and employee engagement/HR generalist activities.
Experience in handling employee grievances and working closely with business/hiring managers will be preferred.
