We are looking for an AI-Led Demand Generation Manager to drive scalable B2B pipeline growth through AI, Generative AI, Automation, and Demand Generation.

The candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI-powered marketing workflows, automating lead generation processes using n8n and executing high-impact B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation(n8n)
Design and implement AI-powered demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.
Build and automate end-to-end marketing workflows using n8n and API integrations.
Leverage Generative AI (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for content generation, campaign personalization, lead research, and outreach automation.

Demand Generation
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Webinars, and ABM.
Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs while improving conversion across the marketing funnel.




Collaborate with Sales and RevOps teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline growth.

Marketing Operations
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign execution.
Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI through dashboards and analytics.
Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization using customer insights and campaign data.

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, GTM and Marketing Automation within a B2B SaaS workplace.
Hands-on experience with n8n (mandatory) for workflow automation.
Robust understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) applications in marketing.
Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Expertise in Marketing Automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign optimisation.
Solid knowledge of APIs, workflow integrations, and automation tools.
