AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer to automate repetitive business processes across Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other teams using AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and automate manual business processes.
Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.
Integrate systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and Postman.
Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM APIs.
Write basic Python/JavaScript scripts when required.
Work with SQL and databases.
Manage workflow testing, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Coordinate with business teams and developers to implement automation solutions.

Required Skills

REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth/API Keys
OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs
Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
BasicIntermediate SQL
Git/GitHub
Robust problem-solving and communication skills

Valuable to Have: OCR/PDF processing, RAG, AI Agents, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
