Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Safety & Security

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Experience: 5–8 Years

Salary: Up to 45,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage overall safety and security operations at the organization.
Develop and implement safety and security procedures.
Monitor security personnel, access control, and surveillance systems.
Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related issues.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Maintain safety reports, incident records, and documentation.
Coordinate with management, security teams, and external agencies when required.

Preferred Skills:
5–8 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security operations.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergency and critical situations effectively.
