Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) environments.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information
