Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching abacus techniques, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students improve their mathematical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging abacus training sessions for students of various age groups.
Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Create a positive and engaging learning workplace.
Organize workshops and events to promote abacus learning.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and abacus techniques.
Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss student progress and development.

Qualifications:




Proven experience as an Abacus Trainer or in a similar teaching role.
Solid understanding of abacus methods and mental calculation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and a passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
Certification in abacus training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with children or youth education.
Knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
