7+ years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI solutions: Now Assist (GenAI), AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, or Document Intelligence.
Robust understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven workflow automation.
Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD certification preferred.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, REST/SOAP APIs, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and deliver in Agile environments.
Robust stakeholder management, consulting, and customer-facing communication skills.
Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, and change management is an advantage.
Positive understanding of data management, integrations, and database concepts
