Job Title: Assistant Manager – PMO

Key Responsibilities
Manage PMO activities, MIS, dashboards, and management reports for Telecom O&M.;
Track project performance, KPIs, SLAs, manpower, productivity, and operational targets.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and operational performance.
Prepare review presentations and performance reports for management.
Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
Analyze operational data and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Skills Required




Valuable knowledge of Telecom O&M; and PMO processes.
Robust MIS and analytical skills.
Advanced MS Excel and good PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of KPI, SLA, manpower, productivity, and cost tracking.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Positive problem-solving and presentation skills.

Educational Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations or Project Management will be preferred.

Work Experience 5–8 years of relevant experience in Telecom O&M;, PMO, MIS, or Project Management.

Experience in telecom operations, field projects, reporting, KPI/SLA monitoring, and process improvement will be preferred.
