Role & responsibilities
Line balancing with available manpower / equipment resources.
Responsible for the planning and execution of production processes.
Monitoring quality standards and costs, and provide administrative support.
Reporting to the production manager. Assisting the production manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and time sheets.
Reconsilation of critical material consumed against the BOM.
Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
Updating the production manager on the status of projects.
Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
Resolving labour disputes, where requested.
Built healthy workplace & better culture.
Preferred candidate profile
Working in Refrigeration industry
Having knowledge of Cabinet Foaming and Cold Roll Foaming
