Role: Associate Order Manager

Role Overview

As an Associate, you will be the operational spine of Source's trade execution. You will own the complete order lifecycle - from order punching and supplier coordination to dispatch confirmation and customer delivery.

Your mission is to ensure every order moves rapid, clean, and without errors, while keeping all stakeholders aligned in real time.

Who You Are
The Executor: Obsessed with closing loops - every order opened is an order that must be delivered and reconciled.
The Communicator: Transparent and direct with internal teams and external partners, leaving no room for misalignment.
The Detail-Orientated:



Catches discrepancies before they become problems - in grades, quantities, pricing, and documentation.
The Problem-Solver: Calm under pressure, resourceful when things go sideways, and always focused on unblocking the order.
