Role & responsibilities The candidate will be responsible:
Convince the currents set of ZIM customers to move from Manual mod to electronic mode of Bill of Lading, by having a thorough knowledge of end-to-end Bill of Lading documentation processes;
Coordinate with customers and move them to digital platform of Bill of lading; Promote a positive customer experience throughout the E/BL adoption journey;
Respond promptly to customer queries related to the perks of moving to electronic Bills of Lading platform.
Maintain service excellence

Preferred candidate profile
Solid understanding of shipping documentation and international trade practices.
Knowledge of Incoterms, Sea Waybill, Telex Release, and Express Release.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2 to 5 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Logistics, or Documentation Operations.
Hands-on experience in Bill of Lading preparation and documentation processes
Customer-centric approach.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
