Experience: 3 to 7 years in Manufacturing organization. (night shift)

Managing housekeeping, security services, and other staff attendance in night shift.
Leading a housekeeping team to ensure hygiene, cleanliness and a protected work environment.
Resolving grievances of employee related to salary, attendance, overtime, incentives and HRMS software.
Managing registration for new employees at biometric attendance.
Overseeing cafeteria operations, hygiene checks & employee coordination.
Handling medical emergency and theft cases.
Co-ordinating AMCs for pest control, and firefighting systems.
Supporting team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.
