We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally/Tally Prime, sales billing, salary calculations, petty cash, day-to-day accounting, GST-related activities, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Tally/Tally Prime accounting and sales billing for both entities.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
Handle salary calculations and payroll-related activities.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
Manage petty cash, daily expenses, and supporting bills.
Properly allocate income and expenses between the two entities.
Maintain daily expense records for different districts and blocks.
Coordinate with the GST auditor/consultant and provide required documents.
Assist with GST audit and compliance activities.
Handle bank visits, document submissions, and other external accounting-related activities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.

Required Skills
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.




Solid working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting procedures.
Experience in billing and salary calculations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to independently manage accounts for multiple entities.
Willingness to handle bank visits and other external accounting work.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Preference
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable handling both office-based accounting and external responsibilities, including bank visits.
Candidates should be willing to independently manage accounting activities for multiple entities.

Salary & Employment Details

Salary: ₹13,000–₹15,000/month
