Position: Assistant Manager / Project Manager construction

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
Identify project risks and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Skills:
36 years of experience in Construction / Project Management.
Solid knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
Valuable communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
