Purpose/Objective The mechanical Manager will oversee and manage all civil construction activities for industrial building projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
The role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, budgets and billing.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, engineering team, TC team and MEP teams.
Preparation of BOQ & QS.
Ensure timely execution of civil works as per project timelines.
Site Management: Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Monitor daily progress and resolve in office issues.
Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct regular inspections.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
Resource Management: Manage procurement and optimal utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and execution.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, and approvals.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Industrial building construction.
Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
