Billing & Cash Handling – Quarry
Prepare customer bills based on weighbridge slips, quantity, and approved rates.
Handle cash, UPI, bank payments, receipts, and petty cash.
Maintain daily billing, cash, sales, and collection records.
Reconcile cash, sales, and weighbridge/dispatch data.
Verify transporter bills, vehicle trips, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Weighbridge, Dispatch, Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Report billing discrepancies, cash shortages, or excesses to management.
Ensure proper cash control and compliance with company procedures.
Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
