Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and relevant accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, purchases, and sales.
Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as applicable.
Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.




Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and statutory documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience with Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
