Role Overview

We are looking for an Academic Counselor – Inside Sales to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and drive course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.
Recommend suitable TAP Academy courses and programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing and outreach activities.
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.




Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Stay updated on TAP Academy's programs and industry trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2+ years of experience in sales or counseling preferred
EdTech experience is an added advantage

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
Annual Fixed: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA
Earning Potential: Up to ₹6 LPA
