To ensure smooth functioning of the OPD and solve / escalate issues as and when they occur keeping in mind organization's mission, vision and values.
Follow the schedule of appointments and follow-up, ensuring adherence to process and systems and smooth flow of patients in the OPD .
Collate data on doctor adherence to OPD schedule, send to the respective supervisors.
Collect feedback from patients and patient attendants.
Upkeep and maintenance of the OPD.
Skills & Knowledge:
-Working knowledge of OPD area management
-Knowledge of hospital functions and OPD interface
-Basic computer knowledge such as typing, emailing, MS office etc.
-Interpersonal Skills
Qualification:
-BBA/Bcom/BHM or any graduate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
