EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

(DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ETC)
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for 3D BIM modelling, with a specialization in HVAC systems.
Experienced in BIM 360 / ACC for team-oriented project environments and model coordination.
Skilled in detailed modelling of HVAC services, including support systems and layouts.
Expertise in creating and editing Revit families with parametric controls for HVAC systems.
Robust experience in preparing detailed drawings including plans, sections, 3D views, enlarged views, annotations, and quantity schedules.
Capable of performing clash detection across disciplines and resolving coordination issues effectively.
Proficient in project setup within Revit MEP, including template creation and standards implementation.
Experienced in managing multi-user work-sharing environments in Revit.




Skilled in converting Revit models into CAD, DWF, and PDF formats for project deliverables.
Ability to generate detailed sections, schedules, and schematics from BIM models.
Hands-on experience in preparing Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawings, and Combined Drawings for HVAC systems.
Solid problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
Effective communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Regularly provides work status updates, highlighting risks and ensuring smooth project execution.
