Revit MEP/BIM certification preferred.

Experience3–5 years in BIM modeling for MEP services with LOD 400 Revit models and GFC drawings for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Software Skills· Autodesk Revit MEP

· AutoCAD

· Navisworks Manage

· Autodesk BIM Collaborate/BIM 360

· Microsoft Office

· Dynamo (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities· Develop LOD 400 Revit MEP models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV.

· Prepare coordinated GFC drawings and MEP shop drawings.

· Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams.

· Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

· Generate quantity take-offs and BOQs from BIM models.

· Update models based on design revisions and site changes.

· Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
