AI SOLUTIONS DELIVERY MANAGER – AGENTIC AI

ROLE

We are looking for an AI Solutions Delivery Manager who can understand client business processes, identify opportunities for Agentic AI/GenAI, and lead solutions from discovery through deployment.

The role will be the key link between Client → Business Operations → AI/Technology Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead client discovery, process assessment and As-Is/To-Be process mapping.
Identify and define prospects for Agentic AI, GenAI and intelligent automation.
Translate business requirements into AI solution requirements, workflows and implementation plans.
Work with AI engineers, developers, architects and integration teams to deliver solutions.
Manage end-to-end delivery — design, development, integration, UAT, deployment and stabilization.
Coordinate integrations with CRM, telephony/CCaaS, APIs, databases and workflow platforms.
Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables and client communication.
Track business outcomes such as automation, productivity, AHT/TAT, quality and cost savings.
Drive continuous improvement and identify additional AI opportunities within client operations.

MUST-HAVE
5+ years in AI/automation,



technology consulting, digital transformation, solution delivery or project management.
Strong client-facing consulting and process-mapping experience.
Practical understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs and AI workflows.
Ability to convert business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional AI/technology teams.
Good understanding of APIs, system integration and enterprise applications.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

PREFERRED
BPO / Contact Center / Healthcare / RCM / BFSI experience.
Experience implementing AI solutions for voice, chat, email or back-office processes.
Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, AI orchestration and conversational AI.
Experience with US/international clients.

Someone who can: Understand the Process → Identify AI Chance → Solution → Deliver → Measure ROI

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or related field. MBA / AI qualification is an advantage.
