We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to help prospective families through their admissions journey and contribute to our growing community.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's programs and admissions process.
Manage the complete admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
Conduct school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-up calls.
Coordinate admissions assessments, orientations, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare admissions reports.
Achieve admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic,



and Operations teams for admissions events and outreach initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling or educational sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Two Saturdays off per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
