Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, taxation, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software and GST/TDS.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and payment records.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation.




Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other periodic compliance activities.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain proper payment records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments whenever required.
Support the Finance Manager in accounting and financial reporting activities
