We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Admission Counsellor to join our school admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling parent enquiries, counselling prospective parents, explaining the school’s academic programs and facilities, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, walk-in enquiries and admission enquiries from parents.
Counsel parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
Understand the requirements of parents and guide them appropriately.
Schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective parents.
Follow up with prospective parents through calls and messages.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
Convert enquiries into school visits and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams during the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and enquiry-conversion targets.
Maintain a skilled and welcoming approach while interacting with parents.
Handle parent queries and resolve them or coordinate with the concerned department.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
Eligibility
Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
Experience: 1–3 years in admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service or sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Should be confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with parents.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is preferred.
