Position: AI Engineer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore & Belagavi

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM applications .
Build Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows for enterprise use cases.
Develop AI applications using Python and contemporary machine learning frameworks.
Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques to improve LLM performance.
Work with Transformer architectures and embedding models .
Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI .
Fine-tune LLMs/SLMs for domain-specific and code-generation applications.
Evaluate AI models for accuracy, hallucination, bias, safety, and overall quality .
Develop and implement AI guardrails for production GenAI applications.
Contribute to AI architecture, engineering standards,



and the organization’s Generative AI roadmap .

Key Skills
6+ years of overall software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM development .
Solid programming skills in Python .
Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade GenAI applications .
Solid knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering .
Understanding of Transformer-based LLM architectures and Embeddings .
Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow .
Experience with at least one Agentic AI framework , such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning .
