About the Role
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations through accurate data entry, documentation, and coordination with the Warehouse (WH) team. Freshers who are eager to learn and have good communication and basic computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry and updating of operational records.
Maintain and organize daily reports, documents, and warehouse-related data.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Operations team for daily activities and requirements.
Follow up with the WH team for pending data, reports, and operational updates.
Prepare and maintain basic MIS/reports as required.
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative activities.
Follow company processes, Safety & Compliance guidelines, and warehouse SOPs.
Escalate discrepancies or operational issues to the concerned team/manager.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate / 12th Pass with good computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a warehouse/operations setting.
Knowledge of Safety & Compliance is preferred.
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
