We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and diverse skill sets in a quick-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and diverse skill sets
Drive solid hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
Hire across Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Corporate Functions
Handle hiring across junior, mid-management, niche, and leadership roles as required




Partner closely with hiring managers on role understanding, talent mapping, assessment, and timely closures
Independently manage screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining conversion
Build proactive pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring roles
Deliver closures within defined TATs, budgets, and compensation guidelines
Track hiring metrics, offer dropouts, and joining risks; maintain accurate TA MIS
Manage multiple mandates simultaneously with high ownership in a fast-paced environment

Education

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred (Post-Graduation required);
