AS/400 Developer

We are looking for an experienced AS/400 Developer with solid expertise in RPG, DB2/400, CL, SQL/400 and application development/support.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
5+ years of experience in AS/400 development and production support.
Solid hands-on experience with RPG III, RPG IV, Free Form RPG, CL and DB2/400.
Expertise in SQL/400, QUERY/400 and AS/400 utilities.
Experience with data extraction, EDI tools/processes and batch processing.
Domain experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain is preferred.
Robust knowledge of DDS, Physical/Logical Files, SQL Files, Stored Procedures and complex SQL queries.
Good understanding of ILE concepts, procedures, service programs and functions.
Exposure to AS/400 modernization initiatives.




Strong knowledge of application/database performance tuning and optimization.
Experience preparing technical designs, estimates and technical specification documents.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders, understand requirements and resolve technical queries.
Design, develop, enhance and support applications based on business and technical specifications.
