Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Archicad BIM Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural designs using Archicad and BIM workflows.



Daily tasks will include creating and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring the implementation of Building Information Modeling standards.

The role also involves coordinating with other team members to deliver high-quality training and project solutions in line with industry standards.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Drawings, and Construction Drawings
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and tools
Familiarity with preparing Submittals for architectural and construction projects
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida
A degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience with ArchiCAD and other Nemetschek tools is highly preferred
