Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our interior Company. Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

5+ years of sales manager experience in the interior design or related industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of interior design trends.
