Role Description The Asst HR Manager will support the HR function across Vedic Village’s operations, with a primary focus on the Alleppey property. This full time, in office role includes assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and development activities. The role involves supporting performance management processes, handling day-to-day employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

The Asst HR Manager will also help implement HR initiatives that strengthen workplace culture,



support staff engagement, and improve operational efficiency in collaboration with department heads and senior HR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and records management.

Experience in performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Sound knowledge of HR policies, applicable labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements within the hospitality sector.
