JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Initiate R&D; innovation which results in the development of current products to support marketing program/promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve companies’ business goals.
Lead new product development projects from concept o full launch which includes but not limited to developing product, ingredients, sourcing suppliers approving suppliers selecting equipment.
Collaborate and lead cross functional team to reach project objectives includes but not limited to marketing operations, finance and QA. Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work independently.
Maintain valuable working relationship and coordination with operation team, finance team,



supply chain management team with a view to ensuring proper implementation of current products consistent with company’s short and long term sales and profit growth objectives.
Monitor and follow up performance of new products launched both sales and quality anticipate and analyze causes effective performance and provide recommendation to management and operations to improve its performance.
Prepare related reports on regular bases weekly, monthly ,quarterly and annually to marketing director management and operation team.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
